6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Dog Training - Basic Life Skills
Basic Life Skills will address how to manage undesired dog behaviors, teach focus, impulse control, sit, down, stay, meet and greet, and my person favorite boundaries.  These skills will be taught using “Least Invasive Minimally Adverse” methods (LIMA). An orientation package will be sent to each team prior to the first class so they will know what to bring, what to expect, what is not allowed, and most importantly safety protocol. The person handling the dog must be 18 years or older and must submit proof of all vaccinations of their dog. No more than 1 handler should be present at each class session, due to the Governor's limit on social gatherings . We will have a staff member present for check in and a brief COVID-19 screening that includes a few questions and a temperature reading.These classes are capped at 6 spots, so be sure to register quick!
 
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Yoga Classes - Vinyasa Yoga 2
-Vinyasa Yoga with Erika McCurry- Learn to move your body and breath as you transition from pose to pose.  This progressive class will allow you to create heat through sun salutations which promotes a healthy cardio lifestyle.  We will also move through a series of poses each week that will increasing flexibility, strengthen and improve balance.  All fitness levels are welcome. Materials needed: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga strap -Gentle Yoga with Erika McCurry- Relax, rejuvenate and restore your mind and body with a more gentle approach to stretching your body.  This slow-paced, low to the floor stretch is a great way to give attention to the tight and stressed parts of your body.  The low intensity of this class will allow you to relax and take care of yourself in a calm and inviting environment.  Materials needed: yoga mat and yoga strap or a hand towel to aid in stretching    *Mats will be distanced 6 feet apart.  Please wear a mask before and after class.
