BURN & FIRM is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to tone every muscle group, 100% CORE FOCUS, and Cardiovascular. Our certified trainers teach systematic moves to help you achieve your goals in the safest and most effective manner possible.
This workout is 55-minutes of resistance training using a barbell with very light weights and very high reps. During the workout, you go through five or six specific exercises using choreographed combinations.
~ A 30-minute introductory is required prior to beginning this workout. Must be prescheduled with trainer.

MUSCLE CONFUSION is 55-minutes of heart pumping, anaerobic and strength conditioning utilizing everyday functional movements. Different tiers presented and encouraged; include very easy-to-follow cardiovascular segments for a beginner to intermediate sets you are sure to enjoy! This interval-based class combines full-body strength sets with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind of all the stressors from having a crazy work day!
With super diverse weekly agenda’s including a new workout every week, this class is designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves keeping the body guessing and confused.

WEEKEND WARRIOR (Intermediate-ADV)
*Men & Women Ages 18-65 / AFPA Certified Fitness & Nutrition *
Must be cleared by trainer before joining this class.
This 55-min.ADVANCED class incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and build overall strength! Come prepared to have fun, but work hard in this challenging class! (Intermediate)
