FITNESS CLASSES WITH LYNNE UZEL
-TNT, (Tone & Tighten)-
This hour class offers exercises to develop balance, flexibility, strength & correct posture, as well as includes a cardio segment to improve your heart health. Modifications are given for all levels: Seniors, Beginners, Intermediates & Advanced. Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
One hour class combines a cardiovascular workout to burn calories with a toning segment to work on abs, and upper & lower body.
Layered instruction so appropriate for beginners through advanced.

It is an engaging, whole body workout which strengthens and lengthens the muscles without the use of any equipment for people at any fitness level. Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
