FITNESS CLASSES WITH LYNNE UZEL

-TNT, (Tone & Tighten)-
This class offers 60 minutes of exercise designed to develop balance, flexibility, correct posture & strength, including 15 minutes of cardio to improve your heart health. It's great for Seniors, Beginners and Intermediates. Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
-Power Hour-
This class consists of an hour combining kickboxing and strength training for a complete body workout. Layered instruction so appropriate for beginners through advanced. Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
-Pilates-
It is an engaging, whole body workout which strengthens and lengthens the muscles without the use of any equipment for people at any fitness level. Please bring a mat &/or towel and a filled water bottle.
