Park Area Reservation Information

To make a Reservaton at the Recreation Park: 

  1. Review our Recreation Park Areas, Rules, and Regulations (see below under "Additional Forms").  
  2. Submit a completed Receation Park Reservation Form along with payment to the Parks and Recreation Main Office.  Completed forms and payment may be mailed or submitted in person to the address listed below.  Please make checks payable to: King William County Parks & Recreation.  
The Parks and Recreation Office must receive all cancellations in writing seven days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund.  

The Department will be glad to answer any questions you may have and check Park Area availability.

For User Groups:

To request an athletic field for a season, first review our Athletic Field Allocation Application Process (see below under "Additional Forms").  Then, submit a completed Athletic Field Allocation Request Form to the Parks and Recreation Main Office.  Submit payment upon completion of your sport's season.  Please make checks payable to: King William County Parks & Recreation.  

The Department will be glad to answer any questions you may have and check Park Area availability.

In the event of field closures due to weather/field conditions, a message will be left on the Hotline and an alert will posted on the Parks & Rec Website.
