About Early Morning Blast!
Start the day off right!
Shape and tone the entire body (including the core region), increase your cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and endurance, boost your metabolism and reduce body fat with this total body workout!
This class encompasses a variety of weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. High intensity interval training sequences are used to build your cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You are challenged to push to your limits and walk out feeling strong. Become focused on getting and remaining strong so you can conquer the day ahead of you!

11 weeks- $160.00 ( class is 2 days a week, call for 3 day pricing)
Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:25a.m.-6:15a.m.
No Class June 25 & 27 and July 2 & 4
How to Register
Register online or come to the class and register in person! Here is how you can submit payment:
Bring a check or cash to the class
Mail a check to the Department of Parks and Recreation
Bring payment to our office
Pay online (there will be a $4.95 convenience fee)
