About Yoga
Ages 8 to 80! A multi-level class emphasizing alignment, balance, breathing, strength, and coordination.
All poses can be modified according to an individual's needs. The end result of yoga practice should be enhanced self-esteem and ability to be more centered.
Students must bring their own yoga mat to class. Drop-ins are welcome!
This class offers advice on Healthy Lifestyle choices including Vegan and Vegetarian.
